"The 3-day Re-Energise Challenge"

Learn what Kingdom-orientated experts in health and fitness are doing to boost their strength and energy levels.

THE POWER OF COLLABORATION: In May 2021 we began to reach out to Ministry and Church Leaders to explore God’s heart regarding our health and bodies. Within a 5 week period we went from conception to execution and completion (including course creation).

SUPPORTING EACH OTHER: As well as Ministry Leaders, our team also comprised of tech and business support. To help our team, we created a password protected webpage with all the important planning and resources our leaders would need, gathered in one place, as well as a What’s App group for team members to connect and share throughout the process. We also connected weekly virtually via video conferencing in the run up to the event.

Experiencing Real and Fast Transformation

I’ve just been on a dog walk & feel so much peace, like he’s married all my bones & I have complete peace about my body & what I wear, like I’ve taken the reins. My anxiety has fled after I’ve got to root cause. Could never have done without insights from people in this community, & being able to openly share my meal plate of toxins (all my crazy thoughts & analysis!). I’ve come out of my shell — Online & in my temple, to make way for my guest, the Holy Spirit. The sessions are life transforming, a real must for anyone struggling with fear/ depression as I have & point to the king of kings, our rock, the Lord Jesus Christ. Victory!

This really touched my heart today, as I have been noticing pictures of Sunflowers over the last couple of days! They are very special to me, and I wrote this little poem a few years ago, with Sunflowers in mind... A LITTLE PIECE OF STRING The Gardener will tend and care for you, and will not let you fall. He will water your roots, and lift your face, and help you to stand tall. He sends this little piece of string, to let you know He’s there. To hold you up, and strengthen your frame, you are safe in the Gardeners care. I wonder what His strengthening stake will be, and if it will be different for each one of us.

Want to give testimony since prayers on church challenge I have had new motivation from Lord - had 2 park walks with friends and going for a swim today. Need to still work on nutrition but making small steps! Praise the Lord!

Numbers and Tangibles

In 5 weeks, the event went from content planning to done, and we reached an International audience spanning the Canada, US, UK, the Continent, and Australia.

As well as interactive trainings that were streamed LIVED into a Private Facebook Group, members were able to engage virtually conference style with open Q&A’s, in-depth teaching, worship, prayer and prophetic ministry during our more intimate “VIP Backstage Pass” sessions.
