Overcome Objection and Hook Them In (helps people relax) – Now I know that sounds like the stuff of fairy tales, but I can assure you it is possible and if you stay with me for a few minutes I’ll show you exactly how you can do it.

Introduce Part of Unique Process (e.g. the concept of accelerators to position yourselves) – I can also assure you that there are some very simple things you can do this week that will have a massive impact on [WANTS] and your stress levels. We call them accelerators. Think of them as pedals you can put your foot on to accelerate the performance of certain parts of your business.

Empathise (we understand who they are and why their current situation isn’t ideal) Most [WHO] know there are things that need fixing, but the harsh truth is they just don’t have the time. They’re too busy working in the business and as a result, in the long term, the business and the business owner suffers. They end up stressed out, overworked, with too many open loops in their head and when they are spending time with their loved ones, they’re not truly present because there are so many things to think about and too many things they’re trying to prevent from falling through the cracks.

Success is Possible (gives people hope – predictable systems) – It’s only the organisations that have [TOOL e.g. predictable systems] that have the comfort and security of knowing that whenever they want to, they can put their foot on one of these pedals and move their mission forward.

Introduce Self and Restate Benefits (engage tell them to keep watching) – Hey I’m Mits Griffin and in the next few minutes I’m going to share exactly how myself and # of my clients have [WANT] – and more importantly – how you can do the same.

Fear of Failure (instil a little fear) – Here’s the truth of the matter: If you’re not [], you are in danger of [ANXIETY/FEAR] .

Introduce Part of Your Unique Process (e.g. leads and discovery session) – So let’s get down to business and show you the complete system for []. There are only two things that really matter and they are: 1. [Traffic Leads]  2. [Converting Clients] If you’re not reaching the goals that you want then let me ask you these two questions: 1. How many [] in last 7 days? 2. What did you do in the last 7 days to [] ? It’s easy to get distracted by all these activities and new shiny objects but the raw reality is that you only need to do these two things. The rainmakers in the agency game, have a predictable system for [doing these things] and they know these two important numbers.


Consequences of Inaction/or what happens when you take action (hooks people in and paying attention)

While everyone else is [what they have been doing], the rainmakers spend 100% of their energy and time [what they should be doing].

So what does this system look like? We call it the [SIGNATURE PROGRAM] and there are 3 stages: 1. [NAME e.g. awareness]. 2. [NAME ], and 3. [NAME].

It all starts with understanding who your perfect client is and then making them aware of your solutions. This is the awareness stage. There are dozens of ways you can do this and the best way will depend on who your ideal client is. This is actually a lot easier than most people think. Ultimately it just means publishing one piece of content that categorically proves you understand the problems they have and that you have the solution. Once they become aware of you and your solution. The next stage is to get your new prospect to qualify themselves and prove they are a good fit for your business. Now this might sound a little counterintuitive to everything you’ve heard and learnt about sales and marketing, but I can promise you, you’ll end up with better quality clients, better relationships and much better outcomes if your clients qualify themselves as a good fit, rather than you chasing them.

This is the Qualification stage and it’s where your prospects learn about the problems you solve, how you work and what type of client they need to be in order to work with you. This is usually some kind of online survey or pre-application form. The final stage is the application stage where your prospects apply to work with you. This is the stage where they actually become a new lead and they book in for a discovery session. The beauty of this system is you set it up once and then it runs automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and continues to generate highly qualified leads even while you sleep or while you’re on vacation.

Imagine Success (what their life could look like once they’ve set the system up) – So just imagine waking up to [RESULT]. Imagine never having to worry again about [FEAR].
