When God steps in… everything can change…
It was one of those times when being in church was the last place I wanted to be.
People passed me in a blur, just moving around doing “stuff” as I sat there… on a cold pew… in a big old stone church building… feeling so alone.
I had been in a bad argument. A very bad argument! And now I was swamped by all sorts of dark thoughts.
I felt wretched. I felt so angry. So hurt. So disappointed. So alone in my grief.
I had learnt about forgiveness, to not go to bed angry, and all the “things we should do.” That made my situation even worse – I didn’t want to do any of those things! I didn’t want to forgive, I didn’t want to talk about it, and I definitely didn’t want to see another point of view.
I just wanted to hear “Well done, it’s a good job you are being like this right now. You are so justified. Don’t budge, let them feel your wrath.”
The truth was I wanted to sulk. I wanted to process my pain. The result? My heart felt cold and dark and bitter. I felt stuck with no energy to get unstuck. So, I settled on the thought that I would just be… me. Angry and bitter.
Sitting there before the church service began, I was hoping that nobody would come to talk to me. Otherwise I might have to pretend things were fine, or just glare at them, which would make me feel even worse.
And then… God intervened…
He healed my bitter and angry heart.
I learnt that the way God sees us is different from how we see ourselves… that there is no state we can be in where He can’t reach us… that He is the kindest person we will ever meet…
I’m really excited about the 5-day Healed Heart Challenge because God will intervene again.
When you sign up today you will be able to hear the stories of others… and how God turned everything round for them too and led them on.
If you…
Please accept this invitation to join us.
It’s not about theory and it’s not about clever ideas, it’s about an encounter with God and an infusion of goodness that works from the inside out.
Whether you are in a horrible dark place, or you are exuberantly preparing for what lies ahead with great expectation, God has something just for you… because you were made for such a time as this…

A challenge in an online experience where we all go on a learning journey together.
In a challenge, we meet up virtually (in our case in a private Facebook Group) where we explore topics and themes that actually can impact our lives.
Unlike an online course where you might explore ideas individually, we will explore them together. And unlike a presentation, there is space for live interaction and commenting. In fact, the more you engage and contribute, the more fun the experience for all! Don’t agree? Comment! Have a story to share? Post it! Got a question? Type it out as we go live! We will answer as many as we can in real time!
One of the stand-out features of a Challenge… is that there is always the opportunity after each session to take action – to take a step forward, give something a go, and then post in the group how you felt and what happened. Our group is private and exclusive, and at the end of the Challenge, the group is archived.
One of the best bits… is that others get to cheer you on – because we are all in this together. So it’s a wonderful way to experience community as we all move forward bravely.
Our Challenge officially lasts 5 days where we will run our live interactive sessions for just a single hour each evening.
We plan to go live between 7pm-8pm GMT, Monday-Friday. If you have commitments, but can log into Facebook and listen to the challenge as it unfolds, please do! You don’t need to be any place special or dress up… just log in as you are. It’s better to keep up because even if you can’t always concentrate or focus on the entirety of the session, you will have a sense of making progress which is half the battle!
To find all our Challenge content you will need to access our private Facebook Group. Everything will be posted there and we will live stream into the group too. To make the most of this experience, it’s best to turn up live… If it’s possible to carve out just an hour of time for just you, that would be perfect, but it’s also not a problem if you can’t and life gets in the way…
Our live sessions will be streamed into our Facebook Group every evening Monday-Friday 7-8pm GMT. Don’t worry if you need to miss a session. All our sessions will be available to view in our Facebook group so you can watch (or re-watch) sessions right until when the Challenge group is archived. Our group is due to be archived at 11:59pm Monday 5th April. Please note that our Challenges are time-bound and time-limited events!
To get the most out of watching any replays click fully on the video. Then join in the conversation as if you were there live. Post your own comments or observations and you can also tag your comments with #replay so we’ll know to keep a special eye on your posts. You won’t be the only one watching on replay and still we’ll be engaging with comments even after the live session – it will still be a fun and engaging experience.
